There’s a lot more to weight loss than just TRYING to eat healthy.
also, I think that if you follow a diet like this you will be much more likely to fall into the category of people who lose the weight, but can’t keep it off. Waiting till the very end to try eating healthier seems like a bad plan to me.
I’m not sure if I agree with this guy. He is not wrong obviously to say that cutting the calories is what takes off the weight, but if you are eating a meal at McDs that takes up all your cals for the day you are going to have a MUCH harder time not overeating that day than if you slowly learn to add good foods, low in cal, high in protein and vitamins into your diet. Thats what worked for me. Plus exercise and lots of motivation.
You’re very welcome!
thank you so much. this needed to be said. more ppl should hear this.
He burned more than 5000 calories per day, thats how he did it.
That was directed to osgoodslaughter just for clarification.
This is an absolutely ridiculous comparison. You don’t seem to realize the rigorous training a professional basketball player goes through. An average person is not going to be doing nearly as much vigorous activity as a professional athlete. Since he goes through this rigorous exercise, he is able to eat massive amounts of calories while still losing body fat, but an average person will not burn nearly as many calories as him so they will need to restrict the amount of calories they intake.
Good . But I lost over 30 lb in one month using weight loss plan from LSWEIGHT(.)INFO
Dude. I had to watch that three times to figure out you were lip syncing. You fooled so many people.. Brilliant.
if quantity is more important than quality let me impose this counterexample.
deron williams ( pro basketball player) lost 20 pounds of fat while gaining 5 pounds of muscle in 2 months. He ate 5 meals each composed of about 1000 calories. his body fat dropped from 13 to 7 percent. If you need to go on a caloric restricting diet to lose fat how did he do it?

Quantity is usually more of a factor in overweight people that quality.
I’ve built a 46 year old body on burger king and KFC weighing the same as I was in high school with more muscle mass and a very low fat content………but I eat only a fraction of what I see the dieters around me are eating.
Some of the quality issues can be dealt with by taking vitamins and supplements to get what you need.
I also avoid anything with corn syrup in it…..except burger king stuff.
kasey you said;;
“Wow Steve thanks if I want to train my abs I should do crunches? man you’re really smart I’m gonna go try that right now!”
acctually he says exactly the opposite, watch his vids u dumbass
this guy is really good, is he famous in america ? he should be, he tells it like it is, no bullshit,
i would like to know what makes basasbeeso such a fucking expert ?
I have been watching your videos for a while. I agree it does not matter what your food is made up of for weight loss, but I think some people take that fact…and go crazy with it. When I eat a slice of pizza, and go workout…i feel sluggish/tired. If I eat a chicken salad, and an orange I feel great.
For the smart guys that know so much more than Steve, why don’t you post your own videos and show everyone smart you are. I agree with his videos and they all make sense to me. I rather watch his videos than to pickup an M&F fagazine loaded with advertisement that make no sense and contradicts itself every other month for a $4.99+ price. I started using his methods and I’m closer to a six pack than I’ve ever been and I can’t even believe its this simple. Its all about a caloric deficit.
again, if u know so much, why are u watching all of his videos? could it be that u are probably an expert BECAUSE you watch all of his videos? and yes the message is the same, eat less and exercise. the reason why there are so many people who are still fat is because they get wrapped up in the details…”oh i should be eating a 50/30/20 protein, carb, and fat diet” when in fact all they really need to do, in the start, is eat less, and workout more. he may be repeating himself, but he is right.
what did he say in this video that was wrong?
just curious seeing that it all sounded right to me.
i think he does understand the weight loss process on the cellular level. the point is that, in the beginning the time consuming gruesome details dont really matter. and anyhow, if he sounds like a complete idiot, and you do understand the weight loss process so well, why are u viewing his video anyway??
Check my comments posted above… accidently put them in the bottom text box instead of clicking reply.
“Wow Steve thanks if I want to train my abs I should do crunches? man you’re really smart I’m gonna go try that right now!”
Then if he ever DOES try to go into the details of it, he ends up completely embarrassing himself because he clearly does not understand the biology or cellular functions behind these processes.
One of my favorite examples is when he says he’s “aerobic” when he’s sitting in the chair and talking.
Its not so much that… go back through his videos and look at the topics of each one. Pick a few and listen – you’ll find that 90% of his videos are all the same. “You should diet and exercise!” Now you cant come down on someone encouraging people to do this, but he does it in over 100 videos and passes it off in the guise of some sort of “new advice”. Then people leave comments as though they’ve NEVER THOUGHT OF THAT BEFORE! *gasp!*
Steve proved himself to be completely uneducated in this topic. He is right only a few times, other than that he is an idiot who sits in front of a camera and talks bullshit and people are actually buying it.
O well, its what people want to hear i guess.
Cheers.
Yes FINALLY someone who isnt a complete fucking idiot, like steve.
I completely understand, infact i find this guy simply likes to talk alot of bullshit without knowing wat he is saying (which is proven in this video).
Alright, nevermind this, now I am helping you clutter up the board. But of course, you don’t KNOW the Earth isn’t flat, that’s just what you believe. And I’ve seen things “fall up”, it has happened, and it will again. If I were a physicist, I’d be proud to write that paper. Anyway, enough of this, I’m taking a vow if illiteracy, I’ll let you know how that works out.
