hi i am 5 foot 8 inches and I weigh bout 175 to 180 depending. I have always been overweight. I am an only child and in the winter months i gain weight because of lack of activity.I play golf baseball football and soccer.can u help

why laying on your stomach while watching TV?
Rihgt now im going through a fase where i care more about my looks than anyhting i know thats mad nut i also wanna be healthy ive tried losing weight but gain it all back ive tried laying on my stomach when i watch tv instead of sitting im eating healthy i just wanna know what other exercises i can do at home thank u 2 taking ur time and reading CAN U HELP ME???
I noticed in this video that your activity suggestions were basically team sports. I always hated sports, but I had other ways of being active. You should do a vid that has a list of suggestions that would appeal to all kids.
Some things I did that kept me active as a child & to this day are:
Playing Drums, Canoe/Kayak, Build Anything I Could Think Of.
I think the key to getting kids active, is to find out what their interests are. The last thing an overweight kid wants to do is play sports.

I am not embarrassed to talk about my weight in any shape or form, but i am considered quite obese given the numbers. I am 5′ 7” and 247 lbs, but i am an avid weightlifter and i love my life and right now i am on a steady decrease in weight, slow, but steady.
all you have to do as a teenager is eat healthy and find a sport you love and stick to it, that should keep you at a good weight. Also remember theres a difference between muscle and fat
Great job! If you’re still a vegetarian you certainly can incorporate fish, chicken and lean beef back into your diet.

I began highschoolwearing XL Tshirts and size 36 pants, I joined soccer and swimming and my friend convinced me to go vegetarian. So I started to eat healthier and now its been a whole year and now im at 174 pounds so i’ve lost exactly 50 pounds and im planning to go all the way down to 155 or 160.
well about me I’m 11 yrs old 160cm and 130pounds and I got fat because of candy’s and staying the hole day in front of the computer…me and my friend are overweight but she doesn’t listen too me…I told her to stop eating candy’s and junk food and to come with me to go jog in the park but she just doesn’t do it and I lost about 6 pounds in one week by not eating any more candy’s and eating cereals with less sugar and of course exercising.
I am 15 years old, 6 ft tall, and 188 lbs : ( I bit on the chubby side. I was 250 lbs though so I know what to do, I work out every day of my life, I absolutely love to work out. Basicly, If you want the best results eat 1500 cal aday, and walk 5 miles aday, that burns off 1/3 of your intake, stick to it, I lose 2-4 lbs a week now, I’ve lost over 60 lbs now.
Heres what i would do , well what i m doing now …abit of advice fro you kids
Obviously go on a diet and only stick to your three main meal Brekfast Lunch And Dinner no snacks inbetween
Then pick hobby you like doing Dance/Basketball/Skateboarding Ext… And try do that for a our a day … then as time goes by Increase that to maybe 10 or 15 minutes per day . Now i am on 2 and a half hours a day of dance
And then lower food portion you have in your meals
