i read that having smaller plates/bowls makes you eat less, like an optical illusion. also, blue plates/bowls make you feel fuller.

it would be funny if there already was sauce on your plate, you put the pasta on and then slid the sauce-covered remainder back into the pasta bowl lol.

Apparently, having a tapeworm is as unappetizing as it sounds.

  • elliebean88 says:

Sorry, I had always heard otherwise. Thanks for the correction.

  • piperpig says:

    Actually, no.

According to Mayo Clinic’s web site (mayoclinic dot com), “loss of appetite” is a symptom of having a tapeworm.

    Hunger is not.

It might be a good idea to get your facts straight before correcting someone.

  • elliebean88 says:

Tapeworm would make you feel hungry.

Shandling, maybe you should talk to a doctor or try to eat more but healthy even if you aren’t hungry?

  • JeffVell says:

excellent videos. Always makes me feel better. I’ve dropped 50 pounds, from 200-to 145ish. Yet im still a lil chubby around the stomach (darn love handles) But by watching your videos daily. It makes me feel like I don’t do the extra lil workout for nothing. It all contributes and the times i overeat Don’t matter so much. Because Theres somebody out there that cares.

  • daveyishavoc says:

It’s really not that hard. If you’ve finished eating everything that’s on the plate and you’re still hungry, buckle down and don’t eat. Or if you absolutely have to, have a banana or an orange. You’ll feel better the next day knowing you didn’t take that extra piece of steak or second serving of potato salad.
